At Qlife Bike, we want you to ride with confidence; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All products must be in original, unridden condition and include all original packaging and accessories.

Initiate Your Request

Contact our support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Carefully disassemble the bicycle if necessary and pack it securely in the original manufacturer's box to prevent damage during transit.

Ship It Back

Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians verify the bike's condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
